Forman Mobile Field App
We have developed a dedicated app specifically designed for use by the crew foremen. This app facilitates daily check-ins and inspections and delivers work orders complete with comments from the planning team.
Work units are closed in real time, allowing supervisors to be immediately notified of any issues encountered in the field. This enables timely assistance and, if necessary, the issuance of new work orders within minutes, delivered directly to their devices.
Once a unit is completed, it is closed in the system immediately, with comments and accompanying photos if appropriate. Updates are synchronized instantly, or, if the location is out of network coverage, the information is stored locally and synced later.
Beyond work order management, the app also includes capabilities for audits, daily inspections, and tasks, as well as operational and safety reporting tools. This comprehensive functionality ensures that all aspects of field operations are efficiently managed and documented.

We have customized this system to track non-standard project items, such as high-priority units (before paperwork is issued), resolving specific customer requests, and other customer-related inquiries. Forms & Reporting
A key strength of our platform is its ability to generate customizable forms and reports tailored to client needs. Clients can set up their own templates within the platform, specifying the reporting period, data to be tracked, report generation time, and distribution list. Once configured, these reports are automatically generated and distributed at the specified times via email or any other preferred data storage solution. This ensures timely and accurate reporting, aligned with the client's requirements.
Timely Billing
Our platform's real-time data collection simplifies the billing process, allowing us to complete billing on the first day after the billing cycle concludes. The platform is versatile and supports various billing methods, including Time & Expense (T&E), unit-based, lump-sum, and billing segmented by project, region etc. Additionally, the platform enables us to compile custom backup documentation, ensuring that a comprehensive bill can be generated immediately after the billing cycle ends, whether it is weekly, bi-weekly, or on another schedule. This streamlined process ensures accuracy and efficiency in our billing operations.
