While our primary focus is not on delivering LiDAR services, we have developed tools that empower our pre-inspectors and tree crews, enhancing the accuracy and effectiveness of our vegetation management efforts in both identifying encroachments and other hazards prior to work execution as well as post work quality control.

Real-time geo-location of all our resources (personnel and equipment)
We have developed a complementary app, provided to our clients at no additional cost, that offers an overview of all AERI’s resources on their property. This app enables real-time tracking of specific individuals or crews and can compile reports detailing movements throughout the day. Geo-location data is retained for the last 14 days, providing valuable insights and transparency.
Our Planning Unit utilizes the ERP platform to meticulously organize each project. This includes identifying the necessary resources, managing any restrictions and encroachments, identifying compliance requirements, securing needed permits, contacting customers, and scheduling and organizing work geographically for our crews.
The Planning Unit also prepares daily work orders for each crew, which are distributed electronically to them and their supervisors via an iOS app. This system ensures that all team members have up-to-date information and can access work orders efficiently.
Additionally, our platform supports field management by continuously tracking project progress and providing clients with pre-formatted daily or weekly reports, ensuring transparency and effective communication throughout the project's duration.
